Helen Ratcliffe joined as Senior Development Surveyor in December 2019. Helen was previously a Development Surveyor at Public Sector Partnerships in Manchester. Prior to that with Carter Jonas in London where she qualified. Helen is also Non-Executive Director at South Yorkshire Housing Association.
Matt Dawson joined us at the start of January from British Steel to take up the new role of Head Groundsman based at Riverside Business Park, Bakewell. Matt is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable Groundsman and Litton are delighted he has joined their team.
