Litton have successfully delivered another building at Riverside Works, Bakewell on programme and within budget.
Thornbridge Brewery will take occupation in January to commence their fitout works. Their new 15,000 sq.ft. building will improve Thornbridge's logistics operations on the estate and a new mezzanine level will provide new modern offices.
Litton are currently tendering works for the next phase which will comprise four new buildings and are also waiting credit approval for the development funding. We are also close to exchanging contracts with occupiers who are pre-ordering space, we hope to make further announcements in the New Year. Commencement is planned for February 2024.
