Subway are to take Unit 2, whilst fast expanding; Pure Gym will relocate from their current property at Archer Road to occupy the upper floors in the new development.
Planning consent has been obtained for Pure Gym’s current property, for change of use to retail, either as a whole unit of 12,000 sqft or three units of 4,000 sqft and this will occur, after the move takes place.
Further work is on-going, with a start on construction anticipated later in the year.
